   TASK
To design a modern family villa with ergonomic and rational solutions that will make the use and communication of each room, technical premises, recreation areas and yard comfortable.

   SPACE TEAM SOLUTION
In front of the entrance to the building, we have left enough space to park two cars that will not obstruct the traffic in the yard. In addition to three full floors, the project included a roof terrace isolated by a fence and a basement floor, which “unloaded” the rest of the building from technical premises.
The main highlight of the project was travertine – it was used to decorate the facade of the two first floors and the fence from the side of the main entrance. The material emphasized the massiveness of the house, while preserving its modernity.
On the second and third floors, we located the bedrooms. Large windows in these rooms will help the owners and guests of the house to get as much natural light as possible. We also provided plan B – stationary blinds that solve two tasks at once – protect the upper floors from overheating and prying eyes.
The scale of the house did not overshadow its convenience. For ease of movement, parallel to the inter-floor stairs, there is an elevator that will take the owners from the ground floor to the terrace in a matter of seconds.
